What you’ll do

  • Coordinate with the Premier Events and Esports teams and manage production orders to support future events
  • Coordinate with Logistics on finished product and manage shipments to warehouse both domestic and international
  • Maintain documentation on quantities ordered, quantities used, and coordinate audits to ensure accurate on hands
  • Be onsite at International and World Championships, oversee initial product receipt, inventorying, allocation, storage, and final inventorying
  • Analyze product needs and usage to refine ordering quantities and work with Premier Events team to predict future usage of surplus and legacy product
  • Develop and execute production and shipping timeline strategies and processes
  • Be a professional representation of the team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Regularly communicate all pertinent information to stakeholders and cross functional teams

               

What you’ll bring

  • Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Understand the complexities of events.
  • Functional expertise in replenishment and ordering.
  • Functional expertise in shipping and logistics.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
  • Experience with tabletop miniatures, model kit assembly, and/or painting a plus.

 

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $74,000 - $87,400 per year. The full range is $74,000 - $111,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
