Job Summary

Job Description

As a PHE Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing PHE systems, including water supply, sewerage, lawn irrigation, storm water drainage, and rainwater harvesting. You will be well-versed in the provisions of NBC, knowledgeable about plumbing codes, and proficient in water demand analysis and preparing water balance charts for projects. Additionally, you will have experience in designing STP & WTP, performing hydraulic design of water supply, sewerage, and storm water drainage networks, and utilizing modeling software. You will also be responsible for preparing design basis reports, technical specifications, BOQ, and costing. Furthermore, you will guide BIM modelers on engineering drawings and possess knowledge of design analysis software such as Water Gems/Sewer Gems/Civil 3D. A strong understanding of firefighting systems and the ability to design them in compliance with NFPA and NBC requirements is essential.

Must have:

Experience in designing PHE systems
Knowledge of NBC provisions
Proficiency in plumbing codes
Water demand analysis and water balance chart preparation
Experience in designing STP & WTP
Hydraulic design of water supply, sewerage, and storm water drainage networks
Knowledge of modeling software
Preparation of design basis reports, technical specifications, BOQ, and costing
Guidance for BIM modelers on engineering drawings
Knowledge of design analysis software (Water Gems/Sewer Gems/Civil 3D)
Strong understanding of firefighting systems
Ability to design firefighting systems in compliance with NFPA and NBC requirements

Job Description

1. Experience in designing PHE system including and not limited to water supply, sewerage, lawn irrigation, storm water drainage & rain water harvesting

2. Well versed in provisions of NBC

3. Shall have knowledge of plumbing codes

4. Knowledge of water demand analysis and preparation of water balance chart for project

5. Knowledge on Design of STP & WTP

6. Hydraulic design of water supply, sewerage and storm water drainage network with knowledge of modeling software.

7. Shall have knowledge of preparing design basis reports , Technical specification, BOQ and costing

8. Shall guide BIM modelers on engineering drawings

9. Knowledge on design analysis software such as water gems/sewer gems/ Civil 3D is must.

10. Having good design knowledge of Firefighting system and able to design the firefighting system in compliance with the NFPA and NBC requirements.
