This fixed-term contract role as a Performance Account Manager focuses on driving growth for Google's large SaaS clients. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, acting as a liaison between clients and agencies, reporting business figures, providing customer training on Google Ads tools, and developing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of digital advertising campaign management experience, a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, and excellent communication skills. The role involves strategic planning and execution to achieve incremental client growth, requiring strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.
Must have:
  • 2+ years digital advertising experience
  • Manage client portfolio growth
  • Client communication & relationship building
  • Google Ads expertise & training
  • Business reporting & stakeholder communication
Good to have:
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Business process management skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and technology.
  • Ability to grow in a moving environment and engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage the business process.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incremental growth across the customer portfolio.
  • Report business figures with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison with customers and agencies regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Develop relationships and serve as a trusted consultant with customers to optimize their advertising.
  • Provide ongoing customer training in Google Ads related tools.
