Your main tasks will be:
HR Processes:
Developing and implementing employee engagement and retention programs.
Organizing and conducting performance reviews, gathering feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Supporting employee development plans aligned with product growth strategies.
Identifying and addressing team challenges (motivation, engagement).
HR Analytics:
Collecting data on key metrics (turnover, engagement, satisfaction).
Analyzing trends and preparing improvement recommendations.
Corporate Culture:
Promoting company values through events and initiatives.
Resolving conflicts and working on employee motivation and engagement.
We expect from you:
Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding.
Proficiency in HR analytics and working with key metrics.
Skilled in maintaining documentation in HR systems (1C and others).
Expertise in process optimization and organizational chart management.
Strong skills in building corporate culture and internal communication.
Experience working with at least CEO -2 level.
