Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth execution of all business processes.
• Develop and implement operational policies and strategic plans.
• Take part in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives of the company.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze operational processes and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
• Proven track record of effectively managing teams and large-scale projects.
• Understanding the business needs of a growing small-size company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the gaming industry.
• Nice to have: Product or Project Management background in the GameDev field
