Job Description

As an NLP Research Intern at Tencent's Lightspeed Studios, you will contribute to cutting-edge research projects in NLP and machine learning, training large language models (LLMs) for innovative and practical tasks. Collaboration with the team will span from prototyping to production. The role requires hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks. Publication experience in top-tier NLP/ML conferences or journals is preferred. The internship is a full-time, on-site position located in Singapore.

Must have:

Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks
Contribute to cutting-edge NLP research projects
Train large language models (LLMs)

Good to have:

About the Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

What the Role Entails

Drive and contribute to cutting-edge research projects in NLP and machine learning.
Train large language models (LLMs) on innovative and practical tasks.
Collaborate with team members from prototyping to production.

Who We Look For

Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks.
Publication experience in a top-tier NLP/ML conference or journal (e.g., ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, EACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML) is preferred
