Playtika seeks a Monetization Operations Specialist to manage in-game monetization and product activities using the game's Back Office system. Responsibilities include setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, and segmentation. The role requires ensuring smooth operation of promotions, events, and live tests, working with various teams (monetization, economy, R&D, product, and QA), and daily monitoring of tests. The ideal candidate has a technical background in operations, CRM, or a related field, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with large datasets. A BA/BSc in Information Systems or a related field is advantageous. The position involves collaborating effectively within a team and consistently meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back Office system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests
  • Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations
  • Responsible for enabling/disabling game features and events through the game’s Back Office system
  • Work with monetization, economy, R&D, and product teams
  • Work with the QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version
  • Daily monitoring of tests

Requirements:

  • Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications
  • Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills
  • Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • English proficiency, both spoken and written- Must
  • BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering / other relevant Engineering field – Advantage
