Dew Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the company's online presence, analyzing market trends and customer insights, tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, managing the marketing budget, staying up-to-date with industry trends, building relationships with industry influencers and partners, planning and coordinating marketing events, and managing external agencies and vendors.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Highly creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our software solutions and services.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to create compelling marketing materials and content.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities and target audiences.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies remain competitive.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand brand reach and enhance collaboration opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage and oversee external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration.

Requirements
