Tesla seeks a Market Manager, Financial Services EMEA, to support the rapid growth of its business. Based in Amsterdam (or another major Tesla location), this role involves managing partnerships with third-party financial institutions and developing Tesla's own financing companies (Germany and UK). Responsibilities include developing financial products, implementing digital processes, maintaining market knowledge, acting as a central contact for sales, and ensuring financing integration into sales processes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in financial services, particularly car financing/leasing, and experience across multiple business functions (underwriting, sales, operations, analytics).

Must have:

Extensive Financial Services experience (car financing/leasing)
B2B/Lease Company relationship management
Experience in Underwriting, Sales, Operations, Analytics
Near-native English fluency (German, French, Dutch a plus)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset

Good to have:

German, French or Dutch language skills

What to Expect

As a Market Manager within the Financial Services organization, you will be part of a small but vital team which directly supports the fast growth of Tesla’s business. The Financial Services team enables compelling financial products that make Tesla vehicles more affordable for our retail customers and builds digital processes for maximum operational efficiency.

In this role, you are responsible for managing partnerships with third-party financial institutions and for supporting the development of Tesla’s own financing companies (currently active in Germany and the UK). The Market Manager leads the relationships with our financial partners and works closely across internal Tesla functions (Sales, IT, Legal, Controlling, etc.) to provide great financial products and customer experience.

This is a full-time position based in Amsterdam. Other major Tesla locations can be considered depending on the profile.

What You’ll Do

Develop our landscape of third-party financial institutions (partners) and support the build-out of Tesla’s own financing companies
Work with Partners to develop their balance sheet & operational capacity to match Tesla’s rapid growth
Development of best-in-class financial products from partners while maintaining high approval rates
Implement automatic & digital processes, driving for simplification and standardization across markets
Develop & maintain deep market knowledge on financial products, market dynamics and key competitors
Act as central point of contact and expert for Tesla’s Sales & Delivery organization on car financing/leasing
Ensure Tesla’s approach to car financing/leasing is integrated into Sales & Delivery processes

What You’ll Bring

Extensive work experience in Financial Services, preferably in car financing/leasing. and/or managing B2B/Lease Company relationships
You bring experience in multiple business functions e.g., Underwriting, Sales, Operations, Analytics, etc..
You have near native level fluency in English. German, French or Dutch are a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
You work well both autonomously and collaboratively and are effective at juggling competing tasks in a fast-paced, challenging environment
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, quick and flexible learner, with high standards, impeccable integrity. and ethics, unquestionable good judgment, well-honed analytical skills
