Our Manufacturing Engineers who provide Production Support are responsible for a group of technical manufacturing processes within large vessel manufacture, pumps & valves, or Core Nuclear reactor products. Through your knowledge of production and process you will drive continuous improvement activities and process control, to ensure manufacturing processes capable of meeting and continually meets quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time requirements that are delivered on time to the business.

It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets, you must hold a UK nationality.
