What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives around the delivery of services and client onboarding.

  • Be heavily involved in sales and engagement with customers.  

  • Play an important role in the development of the product roadmap to drive functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.

  • Display in-depth knowledge of the Insurance market, insurance operations including accounting and regulatory reporting, the competitive landscape, and technology to make decisions that have significant, long-term impacts success and growth.

  • Exercise significant influence and is highly visible among executives and clients on matters of great importance to the organization.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting or related discipline

  • 10+ years relevant experience working for an insurance company or financial institution

  • Prior substantive management/supervisory experience is required

  • Substantive knowledge of the insurance market and can provide ideas to generate business/sales

  • Experience with project delivery and successful methodologies, ideally onboarding and/or implementing Insurance operations services

  • Ability to work with clients and help sales

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to explain and discuss financial information/calculations to different audiences

  • Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage activity with respect to tight client deadlines
