Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with cost accounting, or accounting experience in a relevant industry (e.g., supply chain or manufacturing setting).

  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance or internal control frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability and interest to work with a variety of data integration technologies to solve problems.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a cross-functional and fluid environment.

You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. You'll lead an accounting process from end-to-end. Other responsibilities include reconciling balance sheets and P&L accounts, and providing supplementary financial information for internal and external reports.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$180,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Advise and work with Technical Infrastructure (TI) business partners on day-to-day decisions and problem-solving regarding multiple areas of reverse logistics.
  • Assess new transactions and inventory flows, and support the determination of their accounting treatment and partner with Technical Accounting as needed.
  • Partner with multiple groups on new projects, and provide inputs as needed.
  • Develop and maintain accounting controls for reverse logistics transactions and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other groups (e.g., Financial Planning and Analysis, International Controllership, Reverse Logistics Operations) to optimize reverse logistics processes.
