Position Details: 
Term: 6 month contract-to-hire 
Location: hybrid role. 2-3 days onsite in Johnson City, TN.
Hours: Mon-Friday 8-5pm EST 
Hourly pay + benefits. Up to $70.00/hr . 
 
Our healthcare client in TN is looking for a dynamic IT Network Manager to join their team. 
 
 What you'll do as the Network Manager:

    • Collaborate with CIO on strategic planning, budgeting, and overall technology roadmap to support the business needs and provide a reliable consistent environment for the user base supported.
    • Supervise and manage the network and systems staff for Sofha.
    • Advise and receive input from the CIO concerning technology needs, projects, and resources.
    • Operate the core infrastructure and related services; ensure that network availability and key resources are “up and running” with redundancy measures in place for Sofha and its partners.
    • Develop and coordinate staff training opportunities to increase knowledge and expertise in the assessment, planning, development, design, and implementation of IT systems, hardware, data delivery, handling, storage, retrieval, analysis, and connectivity issues.
    • Document policies and procedures to support SOFHA for SOC, HIPAA, HITECH compliance along with new standards emerging that align with the operation of the business.
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of infrastructure including but not limited to virtualization, LAN/WAN network, SDWAN firewall network (Fortinet)storage, phones, wireless, end-user equipment, and security, etc.
    • Establish, draft, disseminate, and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures relating to network and hardware functions, ensuring that such controls, policies, and procedures are consistent with business requirements and government rules and regulations.
    • Interact with current and potential customers on needs, satisfaction, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with staff to create and maintain the enterprise security architecture strategy.
    • Manage the skills of the staff and strive for excellence.
    • Manage vendor relationships for Voice, Data, Compute, Storage, training, and software licensing.
    • Manage all Data Center requirements from Power, Cooling, and redundancy.
    What you'll bring to the table: 
     
    • Minimum of BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
    • CCIE Certification or equivalent is preferred.
    • 15+ years in a progressively responsible Information Technology role.
    • Experience in the Healthcare industry servicing both Ambulatory and Acute facilities is required.
    • Strong interpersonal/diplomacy skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
    • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
    • Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
    • Strong financial/budgeting skills.
    • ITIL skills.
    • Cloud migration (AZURE) and management experience are a plus.
