Manager, IBS FINOPS, SCM

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager for IBS FINOPS in Supply Chain Management who brings strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), business control, and SAP systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP controls (RICC), audit mechanisms, and have a proven track record in managing financial operations and business control processes. This role requires a high sense of urgency, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AR processes and act as a business controller, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within financial operations.
• Leverage SAP systems expertise, including RICC controls, to manage and maintain effective control mechanisms.
• Lead audits and ensure adherence to internal and external audit standards, utilizing strong audit mechanism knowledge and experience.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on business and financial objectives.
• Drive project management initiatives related to financial auditing and business control, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture and a collaborative environment.
• Identify operational issues promptly, devise solutions, and implement corrective measures.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to stretch as needed to meet business demands.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, business control, and SAP systems. At least 6-7 years of team management experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP, with a thorough understanding of RICC controls and prior experience in financial auditing roles.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with prior experience in PM.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Personal Attributes: High sense of urgency and ownership, problem-solving mindset, and adaptable to business needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in project management or finance-related fields (such as PMP, CPA, or CFA) is a plus.
• Experience in large-scale financial or SCM transformations.
