Summary

This FP&A Manager role supports the APAC CFO and DTC CFO organizations, including segment finance teams. Responsibilities include consolidated financial reporting for the Networks Segment and other International business units. The role involves month-end reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and working with teams across India, Poland, and APAC on revenue booking, cash collection, and financial accuracy. Variance analysis, system management, process improvements, and ad-hoc analysis are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong financial analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Good to have:
  • Experience with Oracle EPM and SAP

Your New Role…
 

This position provides support for the APAC CFO and the DTC CFO organizations including segment finance teams, supporting consolidated financial reporting for Networks Segment as well as across other business units within International (DTC and Studios).  This role provides support for Finance on reporting & consolidation, coordination of calendars and deliverables, financial analysis, data management, operational review reporting.  The role supports preparation and review of APAC Networks consolidated operating results and financial reporting packages, revenue trend reporting, and any ad hoc analysis as required.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Lead Segment FP&A Partner for Networks APAC P&L including, month-end reporting, analysis, forecast and annual budget
  • Working closely with International Networks FP&A team on submission requirements and timelines
  • Support APAC Finance Team on any Networks analysis across APAC
  • Lead communications with Controllership Teams, Functional FP&A Team, across India / Poland and APAC Finance Team on revenue booking, cash collection / aging, actual booking adjustment, etc. to ensure accuracy of monthly actual results
  • Work closely with Functional COE teams on actuals and forecast variance analysis
  • Actively involved in integration of the Finance Functions, processes, and systems
  • Manage any system uploads, eg: content and other revenue, enhancements, and process improvement projects
  • Providing support to APAC Finance Team for revenue analysis, consolidation, and deal structures
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and duties as required, including business cases and new projects across all Segments (DTC, Networks and Studios)
  • Where relevant, manage Direct Report

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience. 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with key accounting principles and concepts, financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM and SAP is a plus.
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of the organization; ability to influence others.
  • High level of executive presence with strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact and diplomacy.
  • Active communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and across multiple locations.
