Machine Operator / Setter for Battery Cell Production (Electrode)

Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg seeks a Machine Operator/Setter for battery cell production (Electrode). Responsibilities include continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment, troubleshooting, implementing optimizations, developing optimal processes and workflows to meet production targets, supporting product launches and changes, contributing new ideas, supporting Lean Production and 5S activities, and training colleagues. The role requires a completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering) and ideally experience with fully automated machinery. Proficiency in German is mandatory, and English is beneficial. Shift work is required.
