Lead Software Developer – Quality Systems

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer with expertise in Quality Systems (LIMS, EQMS).The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading development teams, Agile methodologies, and collaborating with business partners to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the development of software solutions for Quality Systems like LIMS and EQMS.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and ensure best practices in coding and architecture.
• Stay current with new technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring:

• Mentor developers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
• Lead code reviews, pair programming, and provide feedback.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members.

Agile Methodology:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure clear communication of user stories and priorities.
• Ensure timely, high-quality software delivery aligned with sprint goals.

Quality Systems Expertise:

• Utilize expertise in LIMS and EQMS to design and optimize systems that meet regulatory standards.
• Work with business partners to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Business Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet business needs.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and resolve system challenges.

Project Management & Strategy:

• Lead project planning and prioritize tasks to align with business objectives.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience with Quality Systems, particularly in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Enterprise Quality Management Systems (EQMS).
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and software quality best practices.

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Experience with database management systems and integration with ERP systems.
