At Demiurge you’ll find a stable studio with an amazing, collaborative culture and a deep respect for our players in all our games. • Proactively identify and manage project risks - in technology, timeline, staffing, and general team health.
    • Lead the team’s production staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they have clear goals and objectives and are leading their groups effectively.
    • Collaborate and negotiate with project leadership to evaluate trade-offs among scope, time-to-market, and quality.
    • Coordinate development efforts from the front line, focusing effort, driving for outcomes, and keeping your team motivated.

Qualifications

    • 10+ years game industry experience (or equivalent professional experience), including time as Lead Producer or Development Director.
    • Experience working in a leadership role through each phase of the game product life cycle (e.g. prototype, pre-production, production, launch, and live operations)Experience leading cohesive, creative teams ranging in size from 10 to 60 people.
    • Demonstrated ability to create aligned project roadmaps and timelines, and to adapt them to each phase of development.
    • Proficiency in driving process change under a variety of agile and fixed-time development processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products under budget, time & resource constraints.
    • History of successfully working with external stakeholders and navigating client and vendor relationships.
    • Ability to lead distributed teams, including a mix of internal developers, co-development partners, and outsourcing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including motivation, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
