Lead Game Design position in Osaka, Japan. Responsibilities include designing the overall flow and progression of the game as envisioned by the director; constructing elements necessary for the game beyond action components; designing the overall gameplay flow, including action; designing quest and event mechanics; and creating related specifications and documentation. Requires experience as a lead planner, involvement in project development from the beginning to release, and experience designing and building core game systems. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills are essential.
