We are  looking for a passionate and motivated Lead Business Analyst.

Our customer -
a global leader in automotive safety systems, specializing in the design and manufacturing of seat belts, airbags, and other safety-related technologies.The company focuses on enhancing vehicle safety and reducing injuries in accidents.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (production managers, quality control, IT) to identify technology needs in manufacturing.
  • Conduct gap analysis to find areas where IT can add value.
  • Document functional and technical requirements for system changes or new implementations.
  • Map manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest IT-driven productivity improvements.
  • Work with production teams to analyze inefficiencies and propose automation or optimization solutions.
  • Assist in selecting, configuring, and deploying IT systems aligned with manufacturing needs.
  • Coordinate with IT to integrate ERP, MES, and IIoT platforms for a cohesive environment.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and create training materials for end-users.
  • Use data analytics tools to generate insights on production efficiency and quality control.
  • Create dashboards and reports for KPI monitoring to support data-driven decisions.
  • Enable real-time data access for frontline workers through mobile or IoT solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in technology implementations, focusing on cybersecurity in IIoT.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for data privacy and safety.
  • Provide support to resolve system issues quickly, minimizing downtime.
  • Collect post-implementation feedback to refine processes and features.
  • Stay informed on tech trends to recommend productivity-enhancing solutions.
  • Develop project plans for upgrades and improvements, ensuring timely, budget-friendly completion.
  • Facilitate communication among IT, manufacturing, and business teams to keep everyone updated.
