Nielsen is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented KPI & Governance Manager to join our Italian TAM Operations team. This role involves managing and executing TV Audience Measurement projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include leading project planning, execution, and monitoring, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, managing resource allocation, maintaining project documentation, and reporting on project status and key milestones. The role also involves continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience with TV Audience Measurement or similar data-driven industries
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Italian

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Italian TAM Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing TV Audience Measurement projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of TAM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery against established goals.
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other operational teams, to align project activities with overall business objectives.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues before they impact project success.
    • Resource Allocation: Ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently across projects, balancing workload and priorities.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.

Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the media or technology sectors. Experience with TV Audience Measurement or similar data-driven industries is a plus.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (es. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and in project management tools (es. Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Language: Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
