Job Description

Growe is seeking a Junior CRM Manager to participate in monthly and weekly promotion planning, setup and manage promotional campaigns, order content and designs, track key performance metrics, and research competitor activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with content and design teams, utilizing CRM platforms, email service providers, and automation tools, and conducting A/B testing. Experience with analytical tools and a strong understanding of campaign optimization are crucial. Excellent communication, teamwork, and creative thinking skills are highly valued. Experience in gambling or sports betting is a plus. The role requires a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Must have:
  • Experience with CRM platforms & automation tools

We need your professional experience:
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email service providers, and automation tools;

  • Ability to work with analytical tools to monitor and assess campaign performance;

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methods and experience in campaign optimization;

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments;

  • Experience in gambling, sports betting is a plus;

  • English level - Upper-Intermediate.
