Interconnect Hardware Test Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Hardware Engineer to join the Interconnect HW team. NVIDIA Networking unit has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our high-speed buses & network products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another. The candidate will be responsible for product engineering, from design to line integration.

What you'll be doing:

• Review the product architectural design (electrical schematics) locating potential design issues

• Develop test suits for the final product manufacturing including test board development, test architecture/ flow, alignment with specs regulation

• Design and commit lab experiments to compare performance boundaries vs the product specification

• Monitor the first product builds performing yield analysis and debugging of failing units

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering with 3+ years of proven experience

• Hands-on experience with the schematic’s readout and lab tools operation (DVM, oscilloscopes, pattern generator)

• Knowledge of electrical equipment/components

• Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and execute

• Great teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in script languages: Perl, Python, and Linux operating system shell. Knowledge in hardware design.

• Experience in Networking equipment operation (Switch CLI, NIC driver commands).

• Usage of statistical tool (JMP) - major advantage
