Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create cutting-edge Whatfix content for global clients.
  • Identify training needs with Customer SMEs and understand customer applications and processes.
  • Simplify complex processes into engaging and user-friendly content.
  • Establish standards and guidelines for consistent deliverables.
  • Conduct content needs analysis to address customer problems with actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Improve existing content with innovative approaches.


Required Expertise:

  • Professional writing skills with a knack for visually engaging content.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or technical writing.
