Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
- Leading performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contributing to strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
