Job Description

This HR Assistant position in Suginami City, Tokyo requires supporting the HR team in various tasks including payroll, labor relations, recruitment, and event planning. The role involves data entry in HR and attendance systems, handling contract management, certificate issuance, and supporting recruitment processes (application management, job posting, interview scheduling, offer letters). Experience in payroll and labor relations is highly preferred. The position is primarily on-site, requiring strong communication skills and comfort with basic English (reading and writing). The company has a multinational workforce and uses English in some communications.

Must have:

HR experience (confidentiality, employee support)
PC skills (Word, Excel)
Accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication skills
Basic English reading/writing

Good to have:

Payroll/labor relations experience
Multicultural work experience

Description

人事チームのアシスタントとしてお仕事をしていただきます。労務・ペイロールのサポートや、必要に応じて採用業務や社内イベント準備など、幅広い業務をサポートしていただける方を募集いたします。特に労務や給与計算の経験がある方は大歓迎です。

基本的にはご出社いただきオフィスにて勤務いただく予定です。

勤怠システムや人事管理システムのデータ更新
契約管理や証明書発行などの労務業務サポート
給与計算や社会保険関連のサポート
採用事務サポート（応募管理、求人票作成、面接日程調整、内定通知書作成など）
社内イベントや研修の運営サポート
その他、人事関連の庶務業務

当社では400名ほどの社員が働いていますが、その半分以上が海外出身です。国籍も30カ国以上！

Requirements

求める人材:

何かしらの人事業務に関わったご経験をお持ちの方（社員情報など機密性の高い業務への理解と経験がある方、人事内でのサポートのみならず、従業員のサポートを丁寧に行える方）
基本的なPCスキル（Word・Excel等）をお持ちの方
書類作成、データ入力など、正確性が求められる細かい作業が得意な方
高いコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方
英語での読み書きに抵抗のない方（外資企業での就業経験がある方）
