Job Description

The HR and Labor Specialist will provide comprehensive support to NetEase's Japanese studios and internal HR team. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment across various studios (starting with an assistant role), planning and implementing HR and welfare benefit systems, addressing labor issues, maintaining company regulations, and adapting to legal changes. The role requires proactive problem-solving, proposing new systems and improvements, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A strong understanding of Japanese labor law and a passion for the entertainment industry are crucial. This position demands strong initiative, collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset for tackling complex HR challenges.

Must have:

Proactive problem-solving and planning
Strong HR and labor law knowledge
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
3-5 years of HR experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Passion for the entertainment industry

Good to have:

Experience in the IT or game industry
Experience with HR systems implementation
Japanese language proficiency

業務内容

自社の人事と開発スタジオがゲーム開発に集中するために、あらゆるサポートを行います。人事面のサポートとして以下の業務を担っていただきます。

・各スタジオの採用サポート（最初はアシスタントから開始）

・人事・福利厚生制度の企画・運用

・労務課題全般

・各種規定の整備や法改正対応

求める人材

・社内外を問わず、周囲を積極的に巻き込みながら、企画立案し、実行までできる方

・人事業務に関する情報感度が高く、エンタメ業界の発展に情熱を持って取り組める方

・社内外問わず、他者に対する想像力をもってコミュニケーションをとれる方

応募資格

・大卒以上

・人事の実務経験（3～5年以上）

・Excel・Word・PowerPointの基本スキル（入力・編集/表作成/差し込み印刷/表計算/vlookup・if等の関数/ピボットテーブル）

・人事に関わる基礎的な法律理解のある方

あると望ましいスキル・経験

・IT業界やゲーム会社での就業経験

・ゲームおよびエンタメ業界の発展に情熱を持って取り組める方
