You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent, leveraging various job boards, particularly LinkedIn, and scaling teams in small-to-mid-sized companies. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong analytical skills are essential.

Role Introduction

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow with their proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment life cycle from talent sourcing to interviewing to onboarding great resources.


What will you do @ OnlineSales.ai?

  • Work collaboratively with the management and leadership to understand the talent requirements and work as a partner to define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals, thus achieving stakeholder delight.
  • Strategize and create go-to-market strategies to build talent pipelines through head-hunting, campus relationships, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
  • Screening to determine fit (technical and cultural) and champion interview process for potential candidates. Work with the executive team to fasttrack the hiring process for potential fits.
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data.
  • Own recruitment KPIs like Time-to-hire, Cost-to-hire, Candidate NPS, etc
  • Referral probing and improving Referral culture. Ensuring referrals are being interviewed
  • within defined SLAs and feedback is being shared to the referrers proactively
  • Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve employer brand and
  • candidate experience.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Responsible for offer management and post-offer engagement


You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A Degree in Engineering or a Master’s in Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with strong sourcing/headhunting skills
  • Experience in identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent
  • Proven experience in leveraging various job boards, particularly LinkedIn, for passive talent
  • Previous experience in scaling teams in small-to-mid-sized companies
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and impactful messages across various channels and levels while building strong, productive relationships
  • Experience using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products
  • Excellent analytical and data skills, comfortable with numbers, and able to draw insights from analytics to make processes smarter and more efficient
  • Outstanding time management skills and a highly organized approach
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional persistence in excelling within a quickly changing and unstructured setting
  • High levels of personal accountability, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive situations.
