Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks a Global HR Manager to lead their global HR initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing global HR policies, supporting international expansion, managing HR operations across various subsidiaries, and driving HR process improvement. This includes handling everything from recruitment and performance management to compensation and benefits, and internal regulations. The role requires strong global HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global HR trends and possess strong problem-solving capabilities. The position also involves supporting domestic HR operations as needed.
Must have:
- 6+ years HR experience (3+ years Global HR)
- Global HR planning experience
- Excellent business English
- Strong problem-solving & planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Presentation skills)
- Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience in global company/overseas collaboration
- Experience in setting up, operating or liquidating overseas offices
- Experience in global HR consulting
- Experience in gaming/IT/e-commerce HR

1. 그룹 Global HR 실무 담당
① 해외법인 설립 시 국가별 인사 정책 수립 지원 (표준화-현지화 정책 체계화)
② 인사제도 수립 / 운영지원 / 제도개선 (채용/평가/승진/C&B/상벌/사내규정 등 전반)
③ 해외법인 주요 인사이슈 대응
2. 국내법인 인사운영 및 제도개선 (업무담당 필요 시)
- 입사부터 퇴사까지 HR운영 영역 전반 업무수행
- 그룹 주요 계열사 법인 인사지원
자격요건
- HR 기획/운영 등 HR 전반 경력 6년 이상(Global HR 경력 3년 이상 / Global HR 기획 경험 필수)
- 업무 수행을 위한 비즈니스 영어 사용에 무리가 없는 분
필요역량
- 비즈니스상 당면한 다양한 상황에 대해 빠르게 이해하여 담당 업무에 합리적으로 반영할 수 있는 역량
- 방향은 있되 답이 정해지지 않은 상황에서 스스로 고민하여 답을 만들어낼 수 있는 기획 역량
- 국내외 HR Trend에 관심이 많고 학습욕구가 높은 분
- 대내외 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- MS-Office를 능숙하게 사용 가능한 분 (빈번한 Presentation 기획서 작성 예상)
- 꼼꼼하고 정확한 업무 수행 역량
우대사항
- 글로벌 기업 또는 한국 본사에서 해외법인과 다양한 협업 경험이 있는 분
- HR영역에서 해외법인 설립 / 운영 / 청산 경험이 있는 분
- 글로벌 HR 컨설팅 회사 경력이 있는 분
- 게임/IT/이커머스 인사 업무 경력자
