The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Transform Generative AI research into production ready features and applications (including next generation models, APIs, and tools) at high velocity.
  • Communicate with team members across the full stack, from low-level modeling and serving engineering to high level UX and end-user application teams.
  • Deliver detailed roadmaps, milestones, plans and PRDs, leveraging knowledge for markets, competition, emerging trends, and user requirements for products and features in areas with many unsolved and open-ended questions.
  • Drive consensus and clarity while operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, legal, and UX and work collaboratively with other product areas across Google focused on Generative AI technologies to align goals and product direction and drive innovation.
