Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities:

Demonstrating experience with Performance Testing tool (i.e.,
JMeter, LoadRunner, Neo load)
o Create and execute performance test strategy and test
plan, interfacing with all levels of the application
protocol stack.
o Workload Modelling and NFR Designing
o Set up the performance test process from scratch.
o Displaying proven analytical and troubleshooting
skills.
o Interpreting test results and identify potential
performance issues.
o Identify bott le necks, stress and load test and follow
performance testing processes.
o Possessing architectural background focused on mid-
tier services, client front ends and databases.
o Ability to take each performance issue analysis as far
as possible, to the point of being able to suggest affix.
o Understanding the testing Activiti es and approaches
in the different development methodologies (Agile,
Iterative and Waterfall).
