What You Will Do:
- Responsible for daily maintenance, version updates, standby, and on-call duties to ensure stable game operation
- Formulate and implement game operation and maintenance standards, workflows, and emergency plans
- Monitor server and game status, respond quickly to emergencies, analyze issues, and manage faults
- Identify operational risks and technical challenges, optimize business processes, and improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance work
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than three years of work experience
- Familiar with at least one cloud service, such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.
- Basic development skills (e.g., Shell, Python, Golang)
- Familiar with at least one automation tool, such as Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack, etc.
- Familiar with at least one monitoring system such as Nightingale or Prometheus, and capable of maintaining and optimizing existing monitoring systems
- Able to handle common software such as Kafka, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, K8S, and understand their concepts
- Experience in CDN operations, able to communicate and coordinate with CDN vendors regarding version updates; experience with high traffic and large bandwidth is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams
