Job Description

The Guidewire Data Conversion Lead role at PwC involves working as part of a team to address complex business issues related to data conversion. *Job Requirements and Preferences:*

- *Experience:* At least 5 years - 11 years in relevant roles.
- *Preferred Fields of Study:* Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, and related fields.
- *Skills:* Proficiency in enterprise data management, Guidewire data model (Policy and Claims), data conversion from legacy systems, data migration, analytics, integration, and data warehouse design. Experience with enterprise architecture, managing technical teams, and addressing common industry issues is essential.
- *Team Leadership:* Supervise teams, foster a trust-based work environment, manage software development life cycle processes, and encourage diverse viewpoints.
