Job Description & Summary

The Site Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities that support the smooth functioning of the business. This role will be the central point of contact for all travel-related matters, visa processing, hotel bookings, and site operations. The incumbent will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of business travel, including booking flights, arranging accommodation, and coordinating transportation

  • Obtain necessary travel visas and work permits for employees traveling to different countries

  • Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels to negotiate rates and secure the best deals

  • Monitor site performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed

  • Maintain and update the company's travel policies and procedures

  • Provide administrative support and act as a point of contact for employees on operational matters

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel, visa, and procurement activities

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

  • Proficient in using travel booking tools and procurement software

  • Thorough understanding of travel regulations and visa requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
