Job Description

The Employee Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for employee experience matters, handling grievances, providing support, and ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. Responsibilities include intake of employee concerns, escalation to relevant parties, and follow-up. The role also involves proactive communication, training delivery, payroll review, and well-being support. Collaboration with stakeholders to improve employee experience and conducting employee experience programs are key aspects. The role requires strong HR operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information objectively.

What to Expect
This role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connecter between HR and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day to day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed. The Partner/Advisor team works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.
What You’ll Do
  • First point of contact for employee experience related items: employee experience, engagement, health and wellbeing and employee relations
  • Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up. Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies
  • Gatekeepers for internal policies and create awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools
  • Ensure proactive communication with employees on key updates and deliver trainings on employee experience related items. Review Payroll input monthly
  • Pro-actively educate our employees on support available for their well-being
  • Act as a support for those employees on long-term leave as well as supporting their managers through the process
  • Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business. Visit Tesla locations to conduct Roundtable/employee experience programs
