Position at Logitech

PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing policies that create a safe and healthy working environment. Involves identifying workplace hazards, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and minimizing risks of accidents and occupational illnesses.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. Keep abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization.
  • Coordinate and communicate with government agencies to obtain the necessary permit related to EHS.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards, implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • According to ISO14001/ISO 45001/Safety standardization /RBA, sustain and continuously improve system operation and pass qualification.
  • Conduct EHS inspection and audits based on Bisen.
  • Develop EHS trainings to raise safety awareness level of employees.
  • Assist in incident investigation and follow up action for effective implementation of corrective and preventive.
  • Maintain emergency plan on Safety, health and environment, coordinate drills to ensure preparedness for emergency situations.
  • Relying on the Safety Committee to monitor EHS performance and implement improvements.
  • Collect and organize energy related data to meet the energy management system
  • Fully support for site EHS management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor above, environment and safety related major.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an EHS role.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
  • Experience in building energy management systems and Green Factory.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Good English writing and reading
  • Knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and legislation
  • Familiar with energy management system and carbon policy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • CSE license is preferred.
