Job Description

Sustains engineering support for chemical and gas system operations, maintenance and ownership of system capacity versus demand, and system troubleshooting.

Utilizes knowledge of chemical compatibility of materials for process fluids and gases, high purity gases, process control statistical analysis (PCSA), and materials of construction needed for chemical and gas systems to meet semiconductor purity requirements.

Manages code and compliance issues related to chemical and gas systems and associated infrastructure and develops and maintains standard operating procedures for respective systems.

Collaborates with other engineering disciplines, management, key stakeholders of the whole factory, and suppliers to ensure projects and systems are cost effective, within budget, meet the desired design criteria and schedule requirements.

Conducts the engineering analysis, design, and installation oversight of distribution systems for chemicals and gas equipment and systems.

Writes scopes of work and bid requests for proposals and oversees projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule and reviews construction management documentation such as submittals and requests for information.

Directs and executes project commissioning to ensure all chemical and gas systems equipment, components, and infrastructure perform as designed. Creates and communicates project documentation including sequence of operations, installation procedures, and checklists for commissioning and startup.

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor or above of Science degree in Chemical/Gas Engineering or Mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering degree. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical methods. 3+ years working experience in similar field/industries is preferred, strong experience or equivalent of chemical or kind of liquid/gas delivery system experience is preferred. Demonstrated application of engineering principles and technical problem solving. Ability to work well with stakeholders and other team members to ensure that high-level and detailed level requirements meet the expectations. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and working in a team environment. Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner at various audience levels. Goode English proficiency.
