1. Client Development: · Responsible for designing and leading the Digital and Future ready Enterprise Architectures for banks · Plays a significant role in targeting the right clients, building a quality pipeline, winning profitable deals, identifying new strategy technology consulting opportunities with our clients, shaping proposals, and gaining client agreement/approval to move forward. · Uses deep industry domain and technology expertise, manage solution/proposition development as well as manage client interactions during the sales process, facilitating the negotiations and closing activities · Provides solutions to complex technology problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of our clients' technology objectives · Leads strategy engagements; Synthesizes numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in · Frequent interaction with senior management levels at a client and/or within PWC, which involves presenting analysis and recommendations, facilitating workshops, and negotiating or influencing on significant matters · Develops and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clients 2. Client Delivery: · Potential candidate is expected to lead engagements for Financial Services Technology clients. These engagements include helping clients develop technology strategies, structure effective IT transformation and operating models, to enable growth while maintaining or reducing costs. · Managing activities and deliverables against plan, reviewing draft output, and providing feedback/coaching to project team member · Assesses and manages risks and issues, ultimately ensuring that project objectives are achieved. 3. People Development: · Develop a team of professionals to enable growth · Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
