Job Description

This Deputy Director role focuses on optimizing Myntra's Q commerce operations in Bengaluru. You'll manage store operations, develop last-mile networks, ensure high OTIFs, and drive customer satisfaction. Strong experience in warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, and team leadership is essential.

City Manager Operations - Deputy Director

Grade- M4

Location- Bangalore

Employment Type- Full-Time

As part of the Hyperlocal team, you will be responsible for understanding Myntra’s Internal systems and processes, performing daily transactional requirements, maintaining and improving defined metrics and analyzing complex data sets and drilling insights out of the same to support the team in day-to-day activities. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for creating dashboards, reports & maintaining data that is being used.

Key Responsibilities

Cluster manager will be responsible for a cohort of Q commerce stores
Lowest cost store operations with high OTIFs
Developing the last mile network and maintain a healthy pipeline for recruitment
Mapping the locality in terms of catchment and ensuring serviceability
Keen eye on localization of the assortment
Market Development activities and implementation of marketing campaigns
Achieve High NPS from customers
Instock and Availability
Team development, training and keeping attrition under required levels
Store layout and Kaizen to achieve best in class P2D
Ability to maintain a good relationship with external stakeholders impacting store operations
