As a Demo & Lab Architect at Zscaler, you will build, customize, and maintain demo and lab environments showcasing Zscaler's products and solutions. Responsibilities include developing scripts and tools for automation, collaborating with teams to understand their needs, optimizing environment performance, and creating comprehensive documentation. You will leverage your scripting and programming skills (Golang, Python, and Typescript preferred) and experience with virtualization (Docker, VMWare) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience.

We're looking for an experienced Demo & Lab Architect to join our training team. Reporting to the Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Environment Development: Build, customize, and maintain demo and lab environments that represent our products and solutions.
  • Software Development: Develop scripts, utilities, and tools to automate environment setup, configuration, and testing.
  • Collaboration: Work with the teams to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions to enhance their capabilities.
  • Environment Optimization: Improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of demo and lab environments.
  • Documentation: Create documentation for the lab environments, including installation guides and troubleshooting resources.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Script and programming skills, with the ability to develop scripts and tools.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Knowledge of Golang, Python, and Typescript is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMWare) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
