一、工作职责：

通过电商平台沟通软件为客户提供及时、专业、热情的在线服务，解答客户咨询，协助客户完成线上购物流程，包括查询商品信息、解答价格疑问、指导下单操作等处理客户问题，提升客户满意度。
跟踪订单状态，及时通知客户物流信息，处理订单异常情况。
熟练使用Office软件（如Word、Excel），准确录入和整理客户信息、订单数据及服务记录。
部门经理安排的其他工作。

二、任职要求：

高中及以上学历，专业不限，能够适应做一休一的轮班制工作模式。
熟练掌握Office软件操作，特别是Word、Excel的使用。
打字速度快，能够快速响应客户咨询。
公司可以提供居家办公模式，欢迎无经验的腿部残疾人士应聘，公司将提供岗前培训。
性格开朗，具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
工作认真负责，有耐心，能够承受一定的工作压力。
