ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CRM Manager, reporting to the CRM Lead, you will optimise push notification campaigns to improve player engagement and boost commercial performance. You’ll analyse data to maximise ROI, personalise real-time communications, and manage campaign budgets for cost efficiency.

In this role, you'll also design automated customer journeys for live events, refine segmentation strategies. You’ll focus on continuous improvement, driving innovation in Live CRM tactics, and fostering collaboration within the team for shared success.

This role involves various shift patterns, which will cover real time campaign delivery, on a rotational evening and weekend pattern. More details to be discussed at the interview stage.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Perform duties on a rota basis, covering evenings and weekends to ensure real-time campaign delivery during key live events.

        Assist in the creation and execution of data-driven Live CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement through real-time communications during key gaming events.

        Help optimise push notification campaigns to improve player experience and contribute to commercial success.

        Support data analysis efforts to track campaign performance, helping to maximise ROI and ROE, and enhance player engagement.

        Work with the team to deliver personalised, timely push notifications using customer insights to improve engagement across various segments.

        Assist in tracking budgets and performance targets for Live CRM campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and helping to meet objectives.

        Help with the design and execution of automated customer journeys for live events and promotions, contributing to campaign effectiveness and profitability.

        Work closely with CRM Managers and Coordinators, supporting team tasks and learning from experienced members.

        Take part in onboarding and training programs to build your skills and expertise in Live CRM.

        Identify small areas for improvement in campaigns and workflows, contributing to the team's success.

        Share insights with the team and support a collaborative, team-focused working environment.

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

        Demonstrate a passion for sports and a deep understanding of CRM methods and factors that motivate sports bettors.

        You will have  1- 2 years of experience within a CRM Role.

        Experience in online marketing would be an advantage within this role.

        You are a positive, creative and data-driven person who loves to push the limits, try new things and are results-driven.

        You are a team player, willing to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues while enjoying a dynamic and creative environment – whilst also capable of working independently.

        You have excellent planning and time organisation skills and of course - superb attention to detail.

        Last but not least, you will have a genuine interest in our product.
