The Corporate Strategy Intern will support the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Super.com. This high-visibility role involves supporting the OKR and goal-setting process, tracking business performance, creating materials for the Board and stakeholders, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. The intern will contribute to improving processes, utilizing data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally. Responsibilities include ensuring effective OKR tracking, enhancing efficiency, providing data-driven analyses to senior leadership, creating high-quality presentation materials, improving products and features, and managing internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Intern to support the Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is a high visibility role with exposure across the business. You will be responsible for supporting our OKR and goal-setting process, tracking performance across the business, helping with Board and key stakeholder materials, and conducting ad hoc analyses. This is a great opportunity for someone interesting in Corporate Strategy or a Chief of Staff role at a high growth startup.

Challenges You’ll Solve

Ensure our OKRs are being tracked effectively
Help make processes and routines more efficient
Use analytical skillset to bring data driven hypotheses to senior leaders
Create high quality materials and analyses that support key business routines
Get in the weeds to find ways to improve our products and features
Help with internal and external stakeholder management

You have strategic agility, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindsight
You are detailed oriented and can balance many competing priorities
You have strong executive level presence and communication skills
You can work cross-functionally and with limited oversight
You create high quality presentation materials and analyses
You are comfortable with ambiguity and can jump in to solve problems
