Company Description

Massive Entertainment is a world-leading AAA studio located in Malmö, Sweden and part of the Ubisoft family. We’re a multinational team of more than 750 passionate and highly skilled people from 50+ different countries. Our studio’s goal has always been – and still is – to craft the finest gaming experiences for all players.

At Massive, you get to do what you love most while bringing your own experience to our ongoing projects, like Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and Star Wars Outlaws. We're also developing new tech here, such as our in-house engine Snowdrop, and Ubisoft Connect - Ubisoft's digital ecosystem and distribution platform.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Content Writer to join our Corporate Communications team. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager and working hand-in-hand with the rest of the Swedish Communications team, you’d be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality content that aligns with our values and tonality across all communications, external and internal, at our Swedish Ubisoft studios.

You will work closely with all stakeholders in the organization to find success stories to share with both our internal and external audiences, and you will act as a key partner to ensure that all communication efforts reflect our core messages and resonate with our target audiences.

We’re offering a temporary position of 11-months in Malmö, Sweden, covering parental leave with the flexibility to work partially from home (up to two days a week) under our Flexible Workplace Policy. Please apply using English, our company's primary language.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, write, and edit a wide range of communication materials, including internal articles and announcements, web content, social media posts, and external communications.

  • Ensure that all content reflects the studio’s values, mission, and voice, maintaining a consistent and engaging tone across platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure messaging aligns with overall communication strategies.

  • Plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all communications in alignment with broader company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

You thrive working in a diverse international environment and have a collaborative mindset with the ability to build connections with stakeholders in cross-disciplinary teams to make things work. You're a great communicator and can translate complex topics into clear communication points, taking into consideration your audience. You thrive by learning new topics and are open to give and receive feedback to reach a common goal in the best possible way.

Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:

  • Solid experience in content writing or similar position with samples or online portfolio

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

  • A good understanding of or interest in the games industry
