The Bethesda Communications/PR Director is responsible for setting overall global communications strategy & direction for Bethesda’s games, brand, and internal communications. They will build and manage a top-class global PR team to drive awareness & player engagement across all our titles. They will constantly optimise communication plans & execution, work cross-functionally with Global Sales & Marketing teams, Xbox stakeholders and studio to ensure alignment for our initiatives, assets, events and Communication plans. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Content Communications at Xbox.
Location: United States (Preferred locations: Rockville, Hunt Valley, or Austin)
Communications/PR Director - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $130,000 - $290,000 per year.

The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
