The Channel Business Manager is responsible for building relationships with large-scale partners, executing channel strategies to expand market reach and enhance partner engagement. The CBM collaborates with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, and drive innovation within the channel team. The CBM also identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the channel.
What you bring to the role:
- Building long-term relationships between Barracuda partners to create and execute business plans to help them meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Execute comprehensive channel strategies to expand market reach, drive revenue, and enhance partner engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and support to channel partners and internal teams, helping them qualify leads, manage sales pipeline, close sales opportunities and overcome challenges
- Drive innovation and best practices within the channel team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the channel, driving growth and innovation
- Leverage specialized sales knowledge in breadth and/or depth to a variety of issues/projects within the team
- Work in a project-oriented manner contributing towards team-level goals
- Work closely with channel sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist channel sales team in analysing sales data and/or developing strategies for sales process improvement

What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in sales, business administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, channel management or equivalent
