Business Product Manager - AGM/DGM

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Product Manager to spearhead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Paytm's innovative devices (Soundbox, EDC, and other IoT innovations). This role requires an individual who can seamlessly bridge strategy with execution, manage device lifecycles, and ensure frontline teams have the tools and support needed to excel.

Lead the design, improvement, and enhancement of merchant product solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of merchants.
Drive AI-led initiatives for product development, leveraging Gen AI to improve merchant-facing tools and experiences.
Identify and integrate other enabling tools that improve merchant capabilities and overall experience.
Continuous Work:
Regularly coordinate with the product team to ensure seamless implementation of improvements, bug resolutions, and product enhancements.
Facilitate the debottlenecking process to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Gain on-the-ground insights into the challenges merchants face when using digital support systems, and translate these insights into actionable product improvements.
Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from Business Requirements Document (BRD) creation to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that business product deliverables are met on time.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in product management, preferably in a merchant-facing or digital enablement role.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development.
Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and working through the full product lifecycle.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans and ensure smooth execution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years in product management, GTM strategy, or operations, ideally in fintech or IoT devices.
