Job Description & Summary

We are searching for a Business Development/Marketing Coordinator to support its pipeline management in line with the firmwide growth ambition. The successful candidate will be supporting business units in tracking pipeline dynamics, measuring performance, and supporting business development initiatives.

The role will create awareness and support best practices around opportunity management through the application of the firmwide opportunity protocols, driven through regular communication and meetings. We are looking for an individual who can build relationships quickly, has strong communication skills, and who is able to build a wide network around a change programme in how the Firm manages its pipeline to change outcomes. 

Your Mission

• Conducting market research and presenting this to the management team

• Attending internal and external meetings with clients and PwC staff

• Coordinating innovative business development programmes and solutions

• Tracking proposals, opportunities and business development initiatives

• Reviewing pipeline trends to understand performance and identify opportunities

About You

• Tertiary level of education ideally in the areas of marketing and/or business management

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role.

• proactive person who can work on his/her own initiative. .

• Although not a prerequisite, experience in a Marketing and Communications will be considered an asset.

• Results-oriented individual, who is able to build and maintain strong relationships and who can communicate effectively both in writing

•  and verbally.
