Headout seeks a Business Development Manager in Poland to spearhead commercial efforts and expansion. This role involves launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, managing partnerships, expanding offerings, and growing key accounts. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Tech, Marketing), analyze market trends, and provide competitor analysis to optimize strategies. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with supply partners, ensuring smooth partnership execution, and driving sales & booking growth. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and English, possess strong operational and analytical skills, and thrive in diverse environments.

👩‍💻The role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Poland to join our European Business Team. Reporting to the General Manager - CEE, you will lead our commercial efforts and expansion in Poland. You will be the face and voice of Headout to our Supply Partners in the region.

🤩What makes this role special?

  • Innovate. You will play a crucial role in launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding our offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships in the Poland region.
  • Cultivate. Continuously develop relationships with supply partners and grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues. 
  • Collaborate. Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings.
  • Analyze. Identify market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.

💝What skills & experience do you need?

  • Fluent in both Polish and English, with residency in either Berlin, Krakow, or Warsaw.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, ideally within the travel industry or travel-related products.
  • Expertise in managing both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and a global mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools.
