This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Business Analyst with experience in healthcare data analysis to contribute to cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the development of an innovative denial prevention tool, collaborating with developers and data scientists, and helping shape the future of healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large volumes of healthcare data, including claims and remittance advice data.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to support go-to-market dark launches for AI Advantage, a denial prevention tool.
• Prioritize and understand billing office workflows to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Utilize Excel for effective data management and analysis.
• Develop cost estimate models and manage project budgets.
• Work within distributed system environments, focusing on business rules-based analysis and use case development.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong preference for healthcare industry experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and present actionable insights.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of data modeling and analytical techniques.
